RecCloud is a web based tool that can help you with creating, sumarizing, and editing videos.

Here’s a brief over view of RecCloud with tools that I feel standout. These tools are based on present development and I’m sure they will improve over time.

You can test it for yourself and there’s a link at the bottom of the article. Using the tool is straight forward.

AI Speech To Text

This is a key feature at this time. RecCloud can transcribe speech to text. This is nothing spectacular. However it has an ace up its sleeve. RecCloud can polish or edit the created text to remove fluff, unnecessary um and ahhs, wrong pronunciation and etc.

It improves upon the actual speech. That’s a great advantage.

To use this, just upload your video or audio here.

You can use the actual transcribe text or the polished text.

In my test, I found that it corrected “s” by adding or removing them depending on the grammar. It helps so that you don’t have to manually correct them.

It can also translate the converted text to a different language so if you are making videos for different audience, you can export the text as .srt files for selectable subtitles.

There is an option to burn in the subtitles as well if you choose to do so.

AI Video Audio Summarizer

This tool helps you to summarize a video. If you want to get to the gist of a video, the summarizer let you have an overview of the video without watching the whole video.

Great if you want to do competitor review or if you want to know if a video is worth watching.

By doing so, you can quickly research popular videos and create your own.

AI Vocal Removal

This tool helps remove vocals or background music. It is a useful tool.

The results are quite good based on a test I did on my own video. It did a good job of reducing the background music significantly but off course it doesn’t remove all the background music.

To do this with 100 percent accuracy is something almost impossible to do even if you were to do it manually.

You do get a much clearer vocals or the main voice especially if the background music is too loud.

AI Subtitle Generator

The AI subtitle generator is similar to speech to text. It does have more languages to choose from. The different with speech to text is with speech to text, there is an “AI polisher” that enhances the text as I wrote above.

AI Video Generator

With any AI tool that can generate video from text, this is something I had to try. RecCloud AI video generator creates videos in 2 steps.

It takes in your prompt, then generates a series of images. Then you decide if you want to proceed with generating a video based on those images. Each image corresponds to a generated video clip of 4 seconds long.

You can select images you want so that it gives you better control of the video clip that will be generated.

Based on my tests, I don’t think it is not ready for prime time yet.

RecCloud goes on a freemium model. There are some features that you can try for free. However some tools require credits to use like. The credits are very afforable.
